The Theatre Forum is the representative association for theatre and the performing arts in Ireland, and plays a major part in keeping this community informed about funding, opportunities, jobs and policy. A small team delivering a vital service to large and small organisations throughout the Island of Ireland, our objective was to deliver a dynamic website that represented them in a manner that justified their daily input into the arts world in Ireland.
The website has been developed to meet the needs of members and non-members, with members accessing a dashboard with all their own generated content on it.

Theatre Forum staff were already familiar with TYPO3, the Content Management System we used. However, the functionality of their old site was quite limited, and for a web savvy team, was frustrating for them when they wanted to maximise their social media efforts and communication.
We designed an application that met the needs of their day-to-day business, programming custom extensions to perform tasks online and allowing a self service model happen for members.
The streamlining of the website and extranet has freed up a small team to take care of some of the core policy functions that can't be performed in an automated manner.
