Theatre Forum staff were already familiar with TYPO3, the Content Management System we used. However, the functionality of their old site was quite limited, and for a web savvy team, was frustrating for them when they wanted to maximise their social media efforts and communication.

The streamlining of the website and extranet has freed up a small team to take care of some of the core policy functions that can't be performed in an automated manner.
